Seller stated NEW as listing when item was USED. I tried to communicate with seller about item, and he just stated that his son listed the item and he was not involved. I explained that that the item was worthless if used and unopen and wanted to return, and or refund. The seller just dii not want to comply with the misrepresentation in listing. Ebay should step in with 100% refund, based on listing issue!!!
