Eye was broken off when arrived. Eye was not in box. There was no mention in description that the polar bear was damaged. The pictures in the description did not show that side or angle of the eye on the bear. Seller would give me a refund on the item but would not pay for return postage. I fell it was damaged therefore I shouldn’t have to pay postage. Then she ghosted me. I had to contact eBay with disagreement. eBay investigated and found in my favor. I would not recommend this seller.
