Tired of these different sellers using purchases and getting float money on orders then immediately cancelling. How do we stop eBay sellers from this and forcing sellers to perhaps offer additional refund to buyers over amount spent/floated to the seller for “3-5 business days?” eBay needs to Take money from the seller and that will surely stop this. This has happened on numerous attempted purchases with me.
