Hey! Got the package in today, very excited that it’s finally here. It seems that in shipping the upper left hand corner took significant damage- I saw the effort that you put in to packing it up so it seems that per usual somebody was extremely careless in shipping even though you put sufficient warnings on the package. I sent photos but it seems like it is one of the best places for any damage to be, so just hoping it won’t impact function- if it does I will contact you. Thank you!

Those shipping gorillas can be pretty rough on things. That's why I double box with lots of packing material. Sort of like that high school competition with dropping the raw egg to see who can pack it the best to prevent damage. It was tested and working before shipping.
