The Tripod head is exactly as described, it came sealed in the box and is most certainly brand new, and it works very well. The shipping time was a lacking a bit, but so is the way when using ups. The price of this item was fantastic! The Benro geared heads are better than the manfrotto geared heads all day long, and from this seller you can snag one for half the cost of a manfrotto. Overall, very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this seller. A+++++
