I love the purse and the colour is beautiful and was very surprised with the packaging. It came wrapped and in the original Ted Baker box. The purse was as described. Great communication and fast delivery. I think the delivery cost could be a bit cheaper but overall I will be buying again from this seller.

Beautiful blouse, as described. Well-packaged, bargain price, and delivered swiftly. HOWEVER poor Customer Service. Blouse was one of 3 items and I was expected to pay full postage on 2. I told seller it was one of 3 when I made my offer and expected combined postage. This was not done. I contacted CS 4 times, and EBay CS who told me the seller should combine postage, instead the seller cancelled for non-payment. I then had an unpaid strike which meant I couldn’t bid! Seller was great in past.
