Two of the three samples I received were nearly empty. Seller responded that it is how s/he received items … I either need a return label to send everything back or get refunded.

Avoid this buyer; I never stated that I sent the order in empty bottle. I specified that all orders were packed by myself, brand new, and in perfect condition. If I find it empty, common sense dictates that I would never send it out because the customer would return it, resulting in lost shipping fees and negative feedback. This buyer merely asked for a refund at the first instance.I would never issue a refund without receiving the order back.
