I had never used an apparatus such as this and was somewhat skeptical that it can accomplish what it claims. It does exactly what it claims. The first time I used it, the results were terrific. I used it on some London Broil prior to marinating. I cut the marinating time down to just one hour instead of overnight and this cut of meat came out very tender, flavorful and moist. This Meat Tenderizer seems to be well made and requires little effort to use.I had never used an apparatus such as this and was somewhat skeptical that it can accomplish what it claims. Jaccard 200348 is by far much better then any other similar Tenderizer.
I have been using Jaccard products since they began making tenderizers. Even all their commercial models. Being one of the original authors of the USDA Meet Guides for boxing, cutting and grading majority of meat products for almost 50 + years. I have tried professionally and several others come close but none are as simple and effective lasting many years. wesza

Great Tenderizer
The device is easy to use and helps make cheaper cuts a little tenderer. Great for just about any meat. It is also a good aid for marinating. After using, the marinade is able to soak deeper into the meat.

Tenderizer arrived super sharp right out of the box. It is very lightweight and easy to use. Especially love the blade cover so it can be stored in a drawer w/o risk of injury. Easy to clean- just drop it in and let it soak a minute to loosen any meat/seasonings. I like to season meat, let it sit a bit, then use the tenderizer to infuse seasonings into meat. Have given this item as gifts w/ great results. First saw it used at a local restaurant. Replacement blades are available- did not even know that!Tenderizer arrived super sharp right out of the box. I saw this on QVC and wondered about it. Love Ebay prices much better so thought I'd try it. My chicken was much more tender. Can't wait to use again. This time I want to put the seasoning on first then use this so I push the seasoning into the meat. Very substantial weight. Put in top rack of dishwasher and washed great.
