BUYER BEWARE: I paid $77 today to learn a new word-mandral-the tool they use to size rings. Listing says 6.25 and she sent me a size 5. Forget wearing it on my middle finger. Barely fits past my knuckle on my ring finger. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. I was told to create a return but she doesn’t accept returns?? She accused me of showing her a different ring and lying. I tried to take the highroad and return it. Answer was no. Warning others. Unprofessional and deceitful.

Hi Melissa,Do you know why eBay does not allow you to return the item? Because item is exactly as described on Sales Venue, that's the rule. "David Yurman ring size 6.25". Not my fault. However, I offered Free Sizing, you declined.It is a shame some people use "Negative Feedback" as a tool to get a second discount on the item purchased, where a substantial refund was originally given to begin with.That is called taking advantage of the eBay honor system.
