Disappointed. I lost almost 3 dollars because of conversion rate since the product never arrived, asked to close an opened not arrived item, alleging that there were an issue which made the item return to them, that was re-sent and never arrived again. I had make another order in past that went fine, this one was a very bad experience. Maybe (and hopefully) it just arrived to me.
