Advertised for hot water bottle and cover I bought 3. Only covers arrived, when contacted the seller offered me a £3 refund this was not even the price of 1 item. Told me to keep the items otherwise they’d be out of pocket but was happy for me to be left out of pocket with half of what I bought that was no use to me without the other half. Terrible customer service.

BUYER BEWARE. This is NOT a BounceCurl brush. It is a fake, arriving unbranded and in an unbranded box. For me, the black brush insert didn't even fit into the plastic correctly. The seller keeps offering random refunds rather than a proper return (which has been processed through eBay). DO NOT PURCHASE.
