    The shipping & packaging was appropriate. The seller was good to work with except that they do not accept returns. They answered all my questions and was very prompt with communications. I was very disappointed with both rings that I purchased but it was not the fault of the seller. This ring was extremely tiny and is the size of a baby ring. I wear it as a pinky ring but it's so small, it's hard to even see that it's a BHG. I would have definitely returned if possible.
