Awesome customer service. Listing title stated this was an unlocked phone but in the details it was clear that the phone was locked to a specific carrier. While processing my order they took the time to email me to ensure that I was aware that it was a locked phone and to which carrier. Although used, excellent condition although battery was described to be in better health (was 78%). After negotiating, they offered partial credit which I accepted. Iām satisfied though it seems quality control in general is an issue with used phone sales. Would do business again.
