This was a used filter, I know that the package was a little broken, but the plastic package was wet, full of it was not new like they said. That seller is a lair, I install it and the refrigerator still sending the message "change filter", I saw that it was soak, but it is unimaginable it was an unusable, old, and damage filter. I want my money back.
