Was sold a "refurbished" system that had a dead hard drive. Unit was also not properly refurbished with dents and various cosmetic issues. It should have been listed as "used - for parts" not refurbished. Pictures and full description was sent to the seller who responded with an irrelevant form message asking the issue; they clearly never read the problem, did not address the questions and were of zero help! AVOID THIS SELLER!!!
