Dark Cult Horror-comedy
Cult classic. Steller soundtract!! Great cast. But be warned, it's not for everybody! 'Ravenous' is an amusing commentary about complex subjects most folks rather not consider. And it should be noted that the humor is dryer and more cynical than other horror commedies (like 'Shawn of the Dead'). Watch of you dare! ;)

A+ for Ravenous!
Its really hard to find any movies these days that are solely built off of a good story, rather than amazing special effects, and particularly famous actors. This is an incredible movie, and its so sad that it seems to be so unknown. I went to best buy and couldnt even find it. This is a 20th century fox movie, and that is ridiculous! It is not very well credited by the public due to the nature of its cannibalistic story. This movie, is all about story. The story is so riveting, catchy, complex, and fits together so well, that you may have to see it a few times to appreciate how incredibly well the story and movie flows. It is the only movie, that if I could change anything about it, I wouldn't. Thats saying a lot. This movie covers nearly all bases of entertainment found in a ... So quite literally, I love this movie so much, I would buy it twice!

Perfect Title
My husband could not stop talking about this movie which he had seen years ago. In fact every chance he could, he would stop in a movie store and ask for it but we could not find it. I thought I would try half/ebay.com and see if I could buy it online. Which I did... THIS IS THE CRAZIEST MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN! If you think Kill Bill or even Sin City is bad...This is worst! What makes it worst is the fact that it is an older movie (made in 1998). I said that I like this movie mostly for the shock factor. We like showing guests strange and shocking movies when they come to visit us. I bought this movie because I had it on vhs and wanted to upgrade to dvd. Guy Pearce is one of my favorite actors and he deffinately doesn't let you down in this performance. This movie has quite a bit of the unexpected and is not for people with weak stomachs. It's not the goriest movie I've ever seen, but it leaves a lot to the imagination, which is bad enough.
