è arrivato rotto causa trasporto. Il cliente non avendo firmato con riserva e non avendo scelto l'assicurazione in fase di acquisto non avrebbe diritto a niente. Noi abbiamo comunque offerto l'invio di un nuovo oggetto senza dover pagare di nuovo ma il cliente non ha accettato e pretende il rimborso completo inviando il feedback negativo ancora prima di darci il tempo di risolvere.

Il display è stato montato da un privato e come da lui stesso ammesso in fase di test funzionava perfettamente e solo dopo sono comparse le macchie. Sosteniamo La colpa sia del cliente. Abbiamo centinaia di clienti soddisfatti per questo prodotto, in caso di malfunzionamento è possibile renderlo.
