To consider the item I ordered, the item is for the winter snow frost ice rain weather and when the snow melt it maybe consider rain Therefore, when I saw the word rain thought it would work. I'm in texas where there is no snow at all I just saw windshield and rain and didn't use knowledge on what I was purchasing.
