Phone was listed as Condition: New and it was a sealed package but missing original packaging so that it was bouncing around inside the box. It was listed as Free Returns but they wanted me to pay for the shipping and submit a receipt to be repaid by them. They didn't send me return postage until Ebay got involved. Then Ebay managed the refund. I would never buy from them again.

So far my buying experience with the seller has been a good one . I recieved the items I purchased in new condition as the description said . And when I had an issue with the items the seller was very quick to respond back to me . The seller has also been very nice and concerned of getting me taken care of . Great customer service that we do not experieced alot of anymore . We are still in the process of getting this resolved , will give an update . Rating on shipping wasn't due to seller .
