I contacted seller three times (3X) asking to cancel order due to the fact slow shipping would not get item in time for gift. I was ignored each time. Shipper took funds and shipped anyway. Not happy. Also not allowing refunds. So avoid this seller unless you can wait an eternity for item and hope it works out because they do not understand what customer service is about.

The buyer paid March 1st, the item shipped March 2nd, negative feedback was left March 3rd, and the package was delivered March 4th. If you did not want to complete the purchase, why pay for it and then complain once it is shipped. Buyers like this makes Ebay a difficult place to do business! My shipping score is a 5/5 and i have superior customer service skills. This buyer is the person that should be avoided. Thank you to everyone who has done business with me for the past twenty years!!!
