I ordered this item and then tried to cancel within approx 1 hour of placing the order. Your system would not allow it and required me to wait until I received the item to return it, which I did, then asked for a refund but was denied by the seller. I do not need this item and did not open any packaging. I want to return the package and will dispute the charges with my bank.
