The cost, shipping time, packaging, and items were good. The only problem was that I noticed some of the toning sticks were leaking dark colored water. Upon inspection, I discovered that 5 of the 8 sticks had water inside, which, mixed with the weighted sand, kept the sand from sliding and shaking as intended. I now have them taken apart to allow the sand to dry completely before being able to use them. I guess the lesson here, for anyone who owns toning sticks, is not to submerge them in water.
