A brilliant crossword-puzzle designer travels across the country in hopes of convincing a CNN cameraman that the pair is meant to be together, only to find her quest taking an unexpected turn in this romantic comedy starring Sandra Bullock, Bradley Cooper, and Thomas Haden Church. Despite the fact that she has only gone on one short date with the man, a love-struck puzzle creator becomes enamored with a successful cameraman and follows him to a series of media events in hopes that the feeling is mutual. While she is saddened to discover that it is not, she soon becomes involved with a group of misfits who selflessly accept her at face value.     All About Steve is All about Love's Funny Ways

    I love this movie cause it isn't your typical comedy/romance where everthing is cookie cutter perfect. The supporting characters are well developed even with all too brief camera time, but very enjoyable cameos by semi-famous actors and actresses, even if one scene is reminiscent of "Dr. T & The Women", LOL! I recommend this movie not only for sight gag comedy but for the romantic at heart who always root for the underdog even if it doeasn't turn out the way we want it to end.

    Stalked by a crazy lady

    Sandra Bullock is Mary, a crossword puzzle creator for a small town newspaper who is a work-a-holic, single and lives with her parents. Her parents set her up on a blind date with Steve (Thomas Haden Church) and not three minutes into their one and only date Mary falls head over heals in love and jumps him. The rest of the movie is all about Steve trying to get away from Mary who is chasing him all over the area. The movie is actually pretty funny at times. Maybe rent this one.

    what a funny movie from Sandra Bullock and Bradley Cooper! well, maybe a lot of people don't like this movie, but i do. i think Sandra is one of the great leading actresses in present days. too bad she didn't win the oscar from this type of movies? ;)

    I could not get past the fact that Steve was the jerk in the Wedding Crashers. It made Sandra Bullock look totally unsympathetic for her crush on Steve. Truly a Razzie worthy performance. I expect many more of these DVD Blu-ray discs to be for sale on eBay because this movie is not a keeper for my collection and I expect there will be others that agree.
