    Lightweight and unobtrusive belt knife.

    My Buck 119 is a little too much for EDC. The Vanguard is just right. I’m not planning any street fights but you never know. It’s more likely some tomato will see the end of days. In fact I use the 119 in the kitchen because the grip fills my tiny hands and the blade stays sharp. Vanguard is a pretty knife with brass that looks like gold and a dark walnut grip. I’m done buying knives as of today because I’m all set.

    Everything it’s cracked up to be

    Bought this as a gift for an avid backpacker and he absolutely loves it!. The quality is excellent from the beautiful wood handle to the thickness and sharpness of the blade. It is a well-made item. The leather sheath is also very sturdy and stylish .

    great knive

    Buck knives R the best knives money can buy,They use 420HC SS that will get sharper that a razor and hold it. I have whittled with one all day and it will still shave U. Buck is the best knive there is period bar nun.I also like the paper they put in every box giving god the credit for there success and encouraging others to put there faith in him also..That is very smart,..German knives,,case and any other U can think of can't cum close to comparing with Buck....

    Blade does not match beauty of the handle.

    What I would expect for a $90 knife. Blade finish is uneven and gaurd is not sealed to blade. My intention is to rework and flip it for $200.
