    Xlear nasal spray

    I was persuaded by the xlytol sugar germ binding claims and tried it. Does work as a good nasal flush. I had a sinus infection that was long lasting so in addition to the antibiotics I used this as well as boost my vitamin C and other regimens. Starting to feel much better.
