    White Stripes

    Love the title! Only reason I didn't give it the fifth star is that it wasnt instantly my new favorite white stripes album! I can tell this ones a creeper. Meaning if I give it a few more listens, I'll like it better every time. A little more sedate than some of their previous material but very much a white stripes album. If you've enjoyed them at any time, then give "Get Behind Me satan" a listen. You wont regret it!

    distinctly different

    The first radio play that I have heard was the door bell song. I thought it was catchy but not very fond of it so I didnt think much of this band. I was talking to a friend at work about the video with Conan Obrian that White Stripes did and my friend said to go to youtube and watch their newest video so I couldnt find it right away so I watched a few other vids and got hooked, end up watching every one that was on there and bought a couple songs off itunes right away. After I played them over and over, I wanted more so I bought this cd. I am only fond of a couple songs on it, (Blue Orchid, The Denial Twist) but the rest is growing on me quickly. I only know what I seen on youtube about Jack and Meg White. Seems its all a public front about their relationship as bro & sis but what do I ...

    Insanley good!

    By far one of their best CD's, although all are excellent, and some do ROCK harder than this one, I can't help but say this is by far one of their best! Jack & Meg didn't cheat us Stripes fans out of anything when they made this CD! They continue to have their incredible one of a kind sound, poetic & simple, yet amazing! This CD exposes a ghostly, sensitive, erotically appealing side to Jack. As always with Jack & his lyrics it seems if your not willing to put something into this CD you will not get anything out of it! Excellent!!
