Sorry to hear, we actually had put in the ad that some bags had tears and some pieces may be missing. The only way we could know for sure would have been to build it ourselves and sell it as used. Some bags were still sealed so we opted to pre-warn the buyer of the ripped packages and potential missing pieces.
