Nobody wants pain. I have pain but it doesnt have me. I really appreciate the use of simple language that make it easy for me to understand the contents and the technics. I apply what I had learned from the book in my daily life. The reality is hard to accept but it helps me a lot to ease the pain so I dont have to spend LOTS of money on pills and struggle with evil side effects. I am a survivor of pain.
