    Good timer

    We are installing this timer to control a pair of window AC units. It is replacing a mechanical timer that became noisy. With the electronic operation it should be a great choice and be nice and quiet in our choir rehearsal room. Installation is easy and connections are solid and easy to insert the wire and tighten. Programming is simple and adequate for most normal applications with plenty of choices for on/off operations. The only issue I encountered was the metal case was not quite punched correctly to hold the timer unit and I had to do a little fitting. I feel this was a one of a kind error on Intermatic's part but not sure. Just be aware of making sure the timer unit fits properly in the metal enclosure. I still give it a 5.
