The item took nearly 2 weeks to arrive when it was advertised as 1-3 days. Seller did not respond to inquiry regarding lateness. I asked for a tracking number and did not get a response. The item itself is new and in perfect condition. The wait would have been fine if it was advertised like that. My 9 year old picked out the item and paid for it herself and asked me multiple times a day for a update on shipping which I could not provide. I recommend that the seller provide tracking numbers.
