Photo’s represented item well. Customer service could be better. Seller bundled to save shipping costs which I understand but there was no savings passed on to the buyer. I had another seller recently bundle to save on shipping and passed some of the savings on to me. That’s a great example of good customer service. Especially when the shipping for the item is as much as the item itself.

I’m not sure if you know this or not, but not everyone you buy from on eBay is running a business or really cares about customer service. Some are just people selling personal belongings they no longer want or need. So before being the first person to give negative feed back, maybe you should have asked ahead of time. That would have been the right and normal thing to do since when you bid you agree to that price per item. Good Luck to you
