Very happy that the flatware was described exactly, in overall nice condition, thank you. The $13 shipping was rather inflated, as these arrived loose in a plastic bag inside a (USPS-provided free) Flat Rate padded envelope (which ships for $9). The flatware should have been, at the very least, padded in newspaper, cardboard, or wrapped accordingly, and I would not have questioned a seller adding the extra $4 for "handling."

Thank you for your comments. My apologies for not packing better and you're correct I should have, I was in too big of a hurry to get it mailed to you. I didn't wrap them as I normally wrap dishes. Regarding the shipping, flat rate padded envelopes are 10.60 now, they just went up from 10.40 just in the last couple of weeks. I am refunding you the difference of original shipping 12.99-10.60= 2.39 so you can be looking out for that.
