First off, thank-you for the quick shipping (even got here before X-Mas), and the stellar price on such a beautiful piece. There was even a kind note added. The only thing I would say could be an improvement would be to package it in a box instead of a poly mailer. There was a snag and a tear with the bag in the mailing process. I would in the future package in a box and charge more to the buyer; potential buyers would be understanding on such matters. No damage though- yay!
