boy it's a change, but I'm going to try most of it. I'll try the avocado ice cream and the morning smoothie, but I may need gluten free bread and a few other extra's to get to most of it. But the exercises are great and easy to add to daily. I just need a strong door. I am excited to be on a new way to see food and lose some weight.
