Learn from my experience before buying from the seller. I bought 6 ties SEPARATELY from seller. They were shipped together. Of them, 2 ties were defective. Seller asked to return all ties. I receive a label (from 1 order of 1 tie). I shipped all 6 ties and buyer received them. But I didn't get any refund and finally eBay stepped in & refunded for 1 tie. I contacted seller. He refused any refund & asked to open return request for other ties. I neither have ties to open request nor I get refund.

Your text is DECEIVING. Emails & records show messages like 'I will be glad to refund the money you paid for 6 pre-owned ties, following the procedures eBay asks me to execute". BTW, 99% of pre-owned pieces of cloth have imperfections, that does not disqualify those items as DEFECTIVE; pictures in original listing show those minor 'flaws' U 'found', There were other bidders in 6 totally independent & mutually exclusive auctions. I never sold a LOT of 6 ties. Maybe pay more attention to pics.
