There was some issues with the listing's title, specifics, and the seller's own specs being a little mixed up. But the seller was quick to respond and clear things up. Item came in a timely manner, was packed very well with a sleeve that I believe was made for shipping a laptop. The laptop itself was very clean and everything it was supposed to be, no complaints.
