  • Use it and PRACTICE.

I don't know if vi is as popular as it used to be. But I need to use it for my work. And for that, this book is all I need and more. It is easy to read, it is extremely thorough and have anything you need and more. I made the mistake of reading it "on my free time". And it is a mistake because the way you can get all the author intended is by PRACTICING. If you perform the exercises and examples while reading it, you'll learn a lot. If not, then you'll just be like "Oh, I know VI can do that, but I don't know how".

  • Good Book With Good Info

Very good book with lots of helpful information. I liked it.
