The item was shipped promptly and was in great condition, which was wonderful. However, I had tried to contact the seller several times to ask for clarification on the description of “preowned” before I bought it because it is non- returnable and never received a response! I went ahead and purchased it (kind of expecting the worst) and was pleasantly surprised. Just wish the seller had responded
