It is for a minarelli convereration and the pipe was not defective. However, the buyer had been mislead by another seller and was sold an engine that didn't have a minarelli cylinder on it, and therefore was not compatable with our pipe. Their photos provided of their engine clearly showed this issue. I tried to reach out to the customer to explain this and help resolve the issue, but they did not respond.
