    Pixel Slate keyboard turns it into a laptop.

    I love this keyboard. It is so quiet and smooth while typing. Also, all you have to do is get the tablet near the keyboard and the magnets line it up perfectly, establishing an electromagnetic connection. No charging. No setup. Pixel Slate instantly recognizes the keyboard. The backlit keys are really nice, too. The keyboard is easy to adjust the angle and serves as a protective case. Love it! Well worth the money. I paid about $95 for mine. Don't buy from Google store. Get a slightly used or refurbished from a reputable dealer, and it will save you a hundred bucks or so.

    Designed Poorly - Needs a version 2 to fix the flaws

    This keyboard case is great for convenience (no bluetooth needed) but is poorly designed. It works well on a hard surface like a table or desk but it is too wobbly when on your lap or other surfaces. The keyboard is nice to type on on a hard surface but terrible on your lap. I wish it were designed more like the Surface Pro keyboards. It is unfortunate as I like the keyboard better than the Brydge model for typing on a hard surface and convenience but I would have to go withh the Brydge for lap use. Google obviously never did a prototype of this case as if they had the glaring issues would have been obvious. With them no longer producing the Slate I suspect it is unlikely that they will come out with a new and improved keyboard which is a real shame. So much potential in this tablet ...

    Perfect replacement

    look, if you're getting a keyboard for the pixel slate this late in the game, then you already know that the slate was an ill-informed product and the keyboard flops around so it's difficult to use when you're not on a flat surface. So that's why I took off one star. That being said but he is provide the best typing experience I have ever had in my experience typing, which goes over a good 45 years. I spilled a bowl of soup on my prior pixel slate keyboard and it started acting crazy. Drain off the keyboard clearly a goof to connect her somewhere and it would only inspirada clean function. so don't spill soup on your keyboard. Otherwise find somebody who didn't like there's buy it at a great price and be back in business!

    Great keyboard/folio case. Weak closure magnets. Good deal for under $100

    This keyboard is a good value when around $100. I don't think I would ever pay full list price from Google. Works great. Wonderful typing experience. Only complaint is the magnets that keep the folio closed are too weak.
