Product Information

Formed in 1968 by Buffalo Springfield's Richie Furay and Rusty Young, Poco (originally known as "Pogo") was one of the first West Coast bands to mix country and rock. Producing what would soon be known as "country rock," Poco went on to find great success with their 1969 debut album, entitled PICKIN UP THE PIECES. Over the next 30 years and through several different lineups, Poco managed to produce hit after hit, including such tracks as "Call it Love," and "Crazy Love." This release features the band performing over 15 songs spanning their career, as well as interviews with the band.

    Finally, Poco Live DVD

    i consider them to be one of the most innovative and certainly,talented bands (that includes EVERY lineup) in American musical history. At first i was taken aback at the physical changes and the aging process that claims us all,,but when the music started it was the same ol magic,,i was blowed away,,close your eyes and listen and its all there, vocally and instrumentally it was as good as expected!To have Ritchie Furay back for this concert was very special,referred to as the founding father of POCO,they are truely one of America's best and should be in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame!! this is a "must have" DVD.

    Great DVD! Fantastic musicans and music!

    I was looking for old footage of Poco (rare) but was very pleasantly and thankfully surprised to see and hear the group play so well on this DVD from a recent concert(2004)! Those boys can still play!!! The interviews are so historic as is the group. Should be in R & R Hall of Fame. I wanna go and see them! Manny.
