Both glasses arrived broken. The box was bubble wrapped but the glasses were not. Rims were silver and not gold as listed. Seller wants me to spend more money returning broken items before they will give me a refund. These were to be used as bride and groom flutes for my wedding.

What she feels to mention is she flat refused to return it she also refused to give me any proof. The item is broken then post a picture here and by the looks of the picture her house is so messy. It’s no wonder the glasses ended up broken a day after she received them. She got her money back, but she never gave me anything back. I would never sell to her again.
