Wow, were to start with this seller. He has been very responsive I’ll give them that, but the customer service has been horrendous. The item was not described in the description at all. Stated “virtually new” and was a 7/10 condition best. Not one word about scuffs all over the bottom and scratches. Scuffs on the hosel, shaft label ripped off. The pictures are there but the description definitely made it sound better than the product was. They are refusing just a simple return which is normal
