The model box was damaged from shipping item carelessly unprotected in bubble envelope. Item was listed as NEW when in fact is was used with scratches and scuffed marks both sides of locomotive. Listing did not disclosed the damage. Seller blamed Athearn and insisted the item was NEW. The seller accused me of being hostile. Yeah for $300+ for model falsely listed as NEW when if it fact it was used and beat up. Think twice on this seller. He doesn't care about customer service.

Shipped the same as other P42's and Dash-8's. Buyer hostile from the get go. Was offered partial refund but DEMANDED more and accused me of a used model. Model was new, never ran but buyer was combative and argued about it. First run did have a few models with blemishes, and I pointed out very minor paint blemish in original photos. Buyer "didn't care what others said on social media" cause they don't have social media, though Amtrak Modelers have said there have been factory blemishes.

    As described, good price, console works great, everything in the photos were included, lots of games, they all look brand new, came with cables, controller, and even a headset that I thoroughly cleaned before using ;p. The only issue I have is the "A" button on the controller needs to be pressed harder than typical presses but it technically still works. Not a big deal. Happy with the purchase.

    The gaming system didn’t work in our smart tv but it worked on a smaller tv than the one we have in our living area. The system itself was nice and clean, very little wear to it. I’m hoping the system works when shipped to the rural area 😆

    A God of Game Systems......

    So far my XBox One X 1TB has been one of the best Gaming Systems I have owned to date. I can enjoy a nice little library of my currently installed games and on a whim download another game to play online using my Gamepass account and then enjoy that instead. Oops, getting a little board with those games. Let's watch a Movie 🍿🎥. The XBox One X!!
