Great RF Remote
I bought this remote a week ago from eBay and just love it. I am using this to transmit behind a cabinet door, and this unit works flawlessly. I used to have the URC-9910 with RF unit, and that worked OK though it had its flaws. This unit works flawlessly. There is no noticable lag when using the RF unit. The RF unit also comes with several individual IR transmitters that can be placed on your Cable Box/DVD player etc to operate it even better. Like any advanced remote like this, plan to spend a few hours setting up the remote codes, traning unsupported remotes, and setting up any Macros that you need. One great feature was the FAV button. It keeps track of your favorite stations by name so that you don't have to memorize the location. You just find TBS, press it, and it will go ... Universal Remote control RFS200
My wife, God love her, wanted to make sure that all our new home theatre audio/vidio equipment was enclosed in a wall cabinet so that no one could see the wires and connections. So this meant that I had to have a universal remote control that could see thru wooden cabinet doors. Most of these remotes cost upwards to $500. The RFS200 was perfect for my needs and costs around $100. It did take a little time to program the buttons to handle all of my devices in a timely fashion but once it is setup it works like a charm. Plenty of power for any system
I worked in LA as a home theater installer. We used crestron, a $10,000 remote control system. This little guy works just as good as those systems, at a fraction of the price. Programing will take you a little while to learn, but after you understand the steps it's super simple. I sell and program these to my clients and have never had a bad complaint about them. Lucky to find this since they’re not made anymore
I bought this because the play, pause and other critical buttons on my old remote weren’t working. I’ve bought several of these over the last 15 years At least the price on this one wasn’t inflated and it really was in original packaging. These remotes work good until the buttons stop working in a year or 2.
