About this product

Product Information

As suggested in the subtitle, this edition of the long-running fighting robot series is marked by the return of the uber-powerful Nine Ball 'mech, which debuted in the original PlayStation's first Armored Core game. Players of this PS2 edition are encouraged to prove themselves true "Nine Breakers," by battling their way through the competition and eventually defeating this powerful opponent. Combat can be fast and fierce, as in a more traditional 3D fighting game, but strategic considerations play an important role as gamers custom-develop their 'mechs from a selection of powerful, interchangeable parts.

  • Great for people who like building Robots!

This game is just like every other Armored Core game for PS2 with a few differences. The graphics and sound are about the same as any of the Armored Core 3 line of games (AC3, Silent Line, Nexus, and Last Raven) The differences are that this game has NO missions or story mode. If you have played ANY other Armored Core games think of if they made a game ONLY for the ARENA part of the game. There is no credits, buying parts, doing missions, slowly upgrading your robot. You start off with every part (there might be a couple unlockable parts from beating people in the arena) but for the most part you start with EVERY item in your garage. This game is PERFECT for those people who love to build and customize robots in Armored COre, but redally do not enjoy the missions, or the whole aspect ...

  • again! to face your robots most feared BOSSES!!!

I been always love playing armored core games. this game will let you again faces all the bigest bosses in the history of armored core games. Do you still remember the big boss from PS1 armored core, armored core:projet Phantasma, armored core:master of arena; and from PS2 armored core 2, armored core2:another age, armored core 3, armored core:silent line, armored core:Nexus? Well, you are going to have a messive wars against all of these big boss from each games. See who is the Top Robot of them all!!! Great fun!

  • Not so bad though...

All you can do in this game(I mean ACNB) is just training yourself. That's all. So if you would like to play real "Armored Core", you should definitely play AC2 at first. AC2 is one of the best games in AC series.
