The Jewelry Box was well-packaged (a small box inside a larger box). One of the legs got bent somehow along the way (it wasn't bent in any of the pictures) but I was able to carefully put it back in place without much trouble. I think it may have fit a little too snugly into the inside box. I don't want to sound unhappy with my purchase, because I'm actually thrilled with it. It's even more beautiful in person. Seller was professional and friendly in communications, and is highly recommended.
