I believe this vendor to be an honest person. This banknote was sold at a lower price than the other two that I purchased. even though it should have been higher due to the higher denomination. The picture on eBay revealed a tear in the banknote. When I received the three bank notes, they were identical to what was advertised. I was expecting the small tear and was happy to know that with this vendor, you will receive exactly what you expected.
