No more headaches but...
I have migraines and was waking up with neck and head pain daily with my old memory foam pillow. This pillow is adjustable so I was able to remove some foam to make it the right height for proper head support and spine alignment. It's soft yet supportive. The memory foam doesn't clump together like in my old pillow, so there's no fluffing it up in the middle of the night every time you change positions - it just instantly pops back into shape. I've had it for a month now and there's no sign that it will go flat. It's the best pillow I've ever owned. So why am I not giving 5 stars? The pillow arrives with a very strong odor from the off-gassing of the memory foam. I says the smell will dissipate over 2-3 weeks and suggests putting it in the dryer with a dryer sheet. If the pillow wasn't so comfortable and helpful in reducing my pain, the smell would have been a deal breaker.

The pillows came and I put them in the dryer to fluff as advised. They expanded really well and the first night we slept on them we found they had too much fill so the next day I unzipped the pillows and removed some filling and a little better nights sleep I needed to remove more fill my husband loved the amount I took from his pillow he is sleeping so soundly and I finally found my right balance of fill too. Very cozy and comfortable pillows and I love that you can remove the filling if it's too much. Not too bad of an odor from the pillows, but there is a little. So far they seem pretty cool to sleep with. Being of a certain age I have been battling night time heat ups and I will say the pillow is staying cool and not adding to my issues. Perfect density and weight. I had to take some of the filling out to make it flat enough for my taste. Best pillow I have ever owned by far. It costs a bit more than most pillows but what is a good night's sleep worth, without the neck and back issues you can have?
