ATTENTION! DANGER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Sent me an item that was very poorly packed, and damaged. Took NO RESPONSIBILITY! Blamed me for waiting a few days to make the return request, and then told me that she did not accept returns. I had to get Ebay involved to get any type of justice!

The seller informed me his package was damaged in transit six days after he received his package. I asked this buyer to file a claim with the insurance he chose with his purchase. He was disgruntled that his item wasn’t packed in a stacking box or Funko paper which neither I said I was using. This buyer is a high volume trader apparently. It was I not the buyer who got EBay involved. The pictures he sent show no damage whatsoever. That is why I fought his claims. Stated no returns.

No! I have packed and shipped literally thousands of items. This item was packaged directly against the cardboard box wall, with no protection between the item and the wall of the cardboard box. Common Sense would dictate that any impact to the outside of the box, would easily be transferred to the actual item! No insurance claim would have been approved. And an Insurance claim is HER responsibly not a responsibility that she should transferring to the customer.
